#1. Baked Goods. Preferably made by you.
What actually happened:
I made my recipie for soft honey chew biscuits, and was going to put extra ginger in the recipie to make it gingerbread like. But instead I ran out of honey, substituted golden syrup, and couldnt find the ginger. In fact I dont think the pantry at Dads HAS ginger. Plus I CBF icing them either, so all in all the only thing going for them was their shape, which was awesome cause they tessellated into a snowflake type thing when I put them in my favorite serving dish (actually a pie dish but HUSH YOU.) They are all gone now :) Might make another batch for the Xmas party with the crafty girls.xx Lauren
My cactus that I've had since I was 7 opened this years flower-show today.
They're so impressive, like 15cm wide!
The bees go crazy around them, so cute. xx Lauren
I can't wait for warmer weather so I can bust out all the skirts in my wardrobe that dont lend themselves to being worn with tights. Thanks to BurdaStyle for the inspiring image collection. xx
So much in a flutter that I convinced myself that I would look vintage-vixen in a playsuit, ordered one from etsy and favorited a whole lot more... I guess I'll see if I was right when it arrives huh? You might get an eyeful if you're lucky. Its what happens when you go shopping at half past two in the morning eh?...beach tomorrow. Hoorah!
